Patients can use their existing NHS login, the same secure login used to access the NHS App, to connect with our pharmacy services through our online prescription platform.
That means fewer passwords to remember, a simpler registration process and an easier way to manage your medicines from your phone.

At Bramley Pharmacy in Ealing and Murrays Chemist in Harrow, we believe patients should not have to choose between the convenience of an online service and the reassurance of having a real local pharmacy.
Our aim is to offer both.
Using our online prescription service, patients can securely access their account using NHS login and manage their repeat medication while remaining connected with their local pharmacy team.
Depending on the services available to you, you may be able to:

Already have the NHS App?
If you already use the NHS App, you will usually already have an NHS login.
This is the secure account used to identify you when accessing NHS digital services.
Rather than creating another completely separate username and password, you can use your existing NHS login to access our connected prescription service.
It is designed to make getting started considerably simpler.
You can still order through the NHS App
Nothing changes if you prefer using the NHS App itself.
You can continue to request your repeat medication through the NHS App and nominate your preferred pharmacy for your prescriptions.

Once your prescription has been authorised by your GP and sent electronically, our pharmacy team can prepare it for you.
