Cialis contains tadalafil which belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Following sexual stimulation, Cialis relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing the flow of blood to the area. Cialis will not help those not suffering from erectile dysfunction.

Each tablet also contains microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, hypromellose, triacetin, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172) & talc.
